I lead projects where strategy meets execution — where a Gantt chart has to agree with vendors, infrastructure, and compliance. That intersection is where budgets die. I keep them alive.

For two decades I've quietly delivered the infrastructure people expect to just work — the Wi-Fi in the stadium concourse, the security backbone at 63 school campuses, the network gear that turns an airport lounge into revenue.

I'm a PMP-certified project leader specializing in the operational seam between technical deployment and construction administration. RFIs, submittals, vendor negotiations, As-Builts, stakeholder reporting — the unglamorous work that separates a project that lands under budget from one that bleeds for a year.
